Fewer and fewer people use print media for the purchase of real estate. 89% of sales have been generated through the use of the internet. In addition to print advertising, our listings have been exposed to all other participating offices and agents in the marketplace through the Cape Cod Multiple Listing Service and our RLS2000 Property Finder, which places property in front of thousands of Buyers who are working with The Real Estate Company’s Realtors®. In addition, the properties move through on-line informational channels to additional “eyeballs” via an IDX Network, which links websites together. I am confident the internet and conventional advertising exposure is without peer in placing the most compelling information before prospective Buyers.
